So, you had a little run-in with fate (and possibly someone else’s bumper). The insurance told you to “just log a claim.” Easy enough. But then what? Do panel beaters just line up with hammers like it’s a car-fixing orchestra? Not quite.

Here’s the play-by-play of how we turn your “oops” moment into a polished “all fixed” — without you losing your sanity in the process.
